The sealed bid sale of the property shall be conducted subject to the following terms and conditions:

In order to be considered by the Sellers, each offer must be submitted in the form of a fully executed copy of the Residential Contract for Sale and Purchase. Buyer(s) must have 10% earnest money deposited with the submission of the offer.  

The Sellers reserve the right to accept, counter or reject any and all offers for any reason. This sealed bid sale is subject to prior sale and may be withdrawn, modified or cancelled at any time without notice.

The Property will be sold in “AS IS” condition and the Sellers make no representation or warranty regarding the condition of the Property.  The purchase of Property will not be contingent on the availability of financing and is not contingent upon inspection.  All due diligence shall be performed prior to making an offer. 

Each bid must be submitted to and received by the United Real Estate office no later than 12:00 noon (Central Time) on Tuesday, June 28th, 2016. Please submit bids via email: or hand deliver the sealed bid offer to Mike Cathell with Real Estate Services of SWFL, LLC by contacting him at (239) 770-6250. 

The sealed bid opening will occur on Tuesday, June 28th, 2016 at or around 2:00 pm EST and will not be open to buyers or to the general public. All buyers will be notified of the results of the sale shortly thereafter.

Any fully-executed Residential Contract for Sale and Purchase shall not be assignable by the Buyer without the prior written consent of the Sellers.

Unless otherwise agreed, closing under any Residential Contract for Sale and Purchase accepted by the Sellers must take place on or before August 12th, 2016 at a time and place acceptable to both the Sellers and the Buyer.
